What we believe:
-
We believe in one living God, eternally existing in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, each fully God and coequal in essence, power, and glory, yet distinct in personality and roles.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, John 1:1-3, Matthew 3:16-17
Father
We believe in God the Father, the first Person of the Holy Trinity, eternally existent with the Son and the Holy Spirit, equal in essence, power, and glory. He is the Creator and Sustainer of all things, ruling over all creation according to His sovereign will.
The Father eternally relates to the Son as Father and sent Him into the world for the redemption of sinners. He adopts believers as His children through faith in Christ and lovingly disciplines and preserves them. We affirm that the Father is fully God—holy, just, and loving—and is worthy of all worship and obedience.
Matthew 28:19, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Genesis 1:1, John 1:14, John 3:16, Galatians 4:4-7, Romans 8:15-17, Hebrews 12:6, Philippians 1:6, Isaiah 6:3, 1 John 4:8, Revelation 5:13
Son
We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose physically from the dead, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return again in glory to reign and judge.
Scripture: John 1:14, Colossians 1:15-20, Hebrews 1:1-4, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, Acts 1:11, Philippians 2:5-11, John 10:30, John 1:16-17, Matthew 16:16-17, John 3:16-21, 1 Peter 2:24, 1 John 4:14, Colossians 2:9
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, sent by the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, renew believers, and dwell within God’s people. The Spirit is the 3rd person of the Trinity and is a person with mind, will, and emotion. The Spirit empowers believers for holiness, spiritual gifts, mission, and perseverance. He produces spiritual fruit and leads the church into truth and Christlikeness.
Scripture: John 14:16-17, John 16:7-15, Acts 1:8, Romans 8:9-11, Romans 8:26-27, Galatians 5:22-23, 1 Corinthians 12:4-11, 1 Corinthians 2:11, Ephesians 4:30, 2 Corinthians 3:17, John 3:5-6, John 14:26, Acts 2:1-4, Ephesians 3:16-17, Romans 15:13, 1 Corinthians 6:19
-
We believe the sixty-six books of the Bible are one unified story of Redemption for God’s people. It is the inspired, authoritative, and infallible Word of God, fully trustworthy in all it affirms and sufficient for teaching, correction, and guidance in leading Christlike lives. Scripture reveals God’s truth, His plan of salvation, and His will for His people.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:15-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Psalm 19:7-11, Psalm 119:105, Matthew 4:4, Hebrews 4:12, Psalm 1:1-2
-
Death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. First evidence of the gospel is Peter’s sermon in the New Testament in Acts 2.
Scripture: John 3:16, Romans 6:23, Acts 2:22-24
-
We believe that Jesus commissioned His church to proclaim the gospel to all people and to make disciples of all nations. Sharing the good news of Christ is the responsibility and privilege of every believer and of the church collectively, empowered by the Holy Spirit for witness.
Scripture: Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 1:8, Romans 10:14-17, 2 Corinthians 5:18-21, Mark 16:15, 1 Peter 3:15, John 3:16, Romans 1:16, Romans 6:23, 2 Timothy 4:2-5, Matthew 5:14-16
-
We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone. Through Christ’s finished work on the cross and His resurrection, sinners are forgiven, justified, reconciled to God, adopted into His family, and receive eternal life. Salvation is a gift of God, not the result of works, and is applied by the renewing work of the Holy Spirit.
Scripture: Ephesians 2:8-9, Romans 3:23-26, Titus 3:4-7, John 3:16-18, Romans 10:9-10, 2 Corinthians 5:17-21, Acts 4:12, Romans 6:23, Romans 1:16, John 1:12-13, Ephesians 1:13-14, Titus 2:11-14, 1 Thessalonians 5:9-10

Baptism is the outward expression of inward faith, signifying union with Jesus, death to sin, and new life in Him. It serves as a public confession of faith and entry into the visible community of believers.
Scripture: Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:3-4, Acts 2:38-41, Colossians 2:12
-
We believe that humanity was created in the image of God for fellowship with Him and stewardship over creation. Through sin, humanity fell from innocence and became spiritually dead, separated from God, and incapable of saving itself. All people are sinners by nature and by choice; therefore, all of humanity needs salvation through Jesus Christ.
Scripture: Genesis 1:26-27, Psalm 51:5, Romans 3:23, Romans 5:12-19, Ephesians 2:1-6, Isaiah 53:6, Genesis 3:1-19, John 3:16, Romans 5:8, 1 John 1:9-10, James 4:17
-
We believe every person will spend eternity either in the presence of God or separated from Him. Those who place their faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation receive eternal life and will dwell with Him forever. Those who reject Christ remain under judgment and will experience eternal separation from God. This truth compels us to share the hope of the gospel with love and urgency.
Scriptures: John 3:16-18; John 5:24; Romans 6:23; Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11-15; Revelation 21:1-4.
-
We believe the Church is the people of God and the body and bride of Christ, composed of all believers from every tribe, tongue, and nation. The Church exists to worship God, make disciples, build relationships with God, and bear witness to Jesus Christ to all of the world. God calls His church to unity, love, holiness, and mission.

We believe that all believers are spiritually united in Christ. This unity is expressed through love, humility, reconciliation, mutual edification, and shared mission. Unity does not require uniformity, but it does require charity, patience, and faithfulness to biblical truth.

Communion is a remembrance of Christ’s sacrificial death, a proclamation of His return, and a means of spiritual nourishment for believers as they remember His body and blood given for our salvation.
Scripture: Matthew 26:26-29, Luke 22:19-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-26
-
We believe God created marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman for life, for companionship, mutual help, and the procreation and discipleship of children. Families are called to nurture, instruct, and demonstrate love in the Lord.
